History of sake brewing house "tenshin = Mizokami-shuzo".

Mizokami-shuzo was established during the Edo period in 1844 and has more than 170 years of history.

 

 

The main brand “tenshin” has been appreciated for the fresh fruity aroma and the mellow taste.

They are keeping their tradition of fine sake brewing using locally harvested rice and pure spring water.
